The operator behind Seasons

Experience earned by building.

Shawn is an entrepreneur, real estate investor, senior care operator, educator and speaker who has spent his career turning ideas into companies built to last.

Alongside Marisa, he has built and led multiple seven- and eight-figure businesses. Seasons is the most personal of them: a care company where growth must always remain accountable to residents, families and the people serving them.

His leadership is direct and hands-on. Set a clear standard, build systems that support it, develop leaders who take ownership and stay close enough to know when something is not working.

Experience beyond Seasons

An operator first.

Shawn’s experience extends beyond operating assisted living communities. Alongside Marisa, he has built and led multiple seven- and eight-figure companies, invested in and developed residential senior care real estate, and navigated the operational, financial and regulatory demands of growing care businesses from the ground up.

He is also the founder of CareHome.io, a technology and education platform created for assisted living entrepreneurs and care home operators. Through education, advisory work and speaking, Shawn shares the practical lessons that come from building real companies, employing real teams and remaining accountable for real outcomes.

“Care is the work. Service is how we choose to do it.”

Our family serving yours

Business is personal when families are trusting you with someone they love.

For Shawn, Seasons is not a faceless company or a passive investment. It is a family business carrying a deeply personal responsibility. He and Marisa remain connected to the leaders, caregivers and families who make Seasons what it is.

That responsibility is reflected in Shawn’s leadership philosophy, Serve Hard: lead with discipline, tell the truth, follow through and use success to create meaningful impact for other people.
