Program description
Seasons may send conversational or informational text messages about an inquiry, tour, requested resource, availability, appointment, application, recruiting process or existing relationship. When the consent language includes marketing, Seasons may also send occasional promotional or educational messages.
Consent
By selecting an SMS consent checkbox or otherwise providing legally valid consent, you authorize Seasons and its communications providers to send text messages to the mobile number you provide. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing services, receiving care, applying for employment or obtaining a requested resource.
Consent language may cover conversational messages, marketing messages or both, as described beside the checkbox. Selecting a checkbox authorizes only the message categories identified in that disclosure.
Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with Seasons. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan. Seasons does not charge a separate fee for text messages.
How to opt out
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to a Seasons text message. We may send one final message confirming the opt-out. You may also revoke consent through another reasonable method, including calling 936.274.3177.
After opting out, you may continue to receive communications that are required by law or that you separately request through another channel.
Help
Reply HELP for assistance or call 936.274.3177. Do not use text messaging for emergencies. Call 911 when immediate assistance is required.
Supported delivery
Message delivery is subject to wireless-network availability and is not guaranteed. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You are responsible for providing a valid mobile number and notifying Seasons if the number changes or is reassigned.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in information will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as our messaging practices or legal obligations change. The effective date identifies the current version.
