Shawn and Marisa Medlin founded Seasons in 2017 with a clear conviction: senior care could be more personal, more accountable and more like home.

Instead of following the big-box model of long hallways, crowded dining rooms and layers of distant management, they chose smaller residential communities where residents can be known and leadership can stay close.

That first home grew into three Seasons communities serving families in Magnolia, Conroe and Navasota. Although the company has grown, the model has remained intentionally small. Each community serves only 14 to 16 residents, creating more opportunity for familiar routines, attentive support and direct communication with families.
